Broadway might be dark, but that doesn't mean that theatre isn't happening everywhere! Below, check out where you can get your daily fix of Broadway this weekend, February 20-21, 2020.

While many may consider musical theatre to be rather niche (and it is compared to a lot of other mainstream entertainment, don’t get me wrong), it might surprise them just how popular many of the more mainstream musicals are.

In honor of Valentine's Day, Andrew Lloyd Webber shared a medley of love songs on his social media accounts. He kicked off the medley with I Know I Have a Heart, the newly-released song from his upcoming production of Cinderella. The medley also included songs from Aspects of Love, The Phantom of the Opera, and more.

Putting her own spin on a viral TikTok challenge, Brandy began her video with no makeup and casual clothing, waving a makeup brush until she makes a transformation into Cinderella - complete with her gown, tiara, and blue eyeshadow. All the whine, Disney's 'Where Did I Put That Thing/ Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo' plays in the background.

Originally premiering on November 2, 1997 to sixty million viewers during “The Wonderful World of Disney” on ABC, “Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella” became an instant fan favorite, beloved by critics and audiences alike and earning 7 Emmy Award nominations.

At the stroke of midnight, Disney Plus reissued the beloved 1997 TV adaptation of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Cinderella,” starring Brandy, Whitney Houston, Bernadette Peters, Whoopi Goldberg, Jason Alexander, Veanne Cox, Natalie Desselle, Victor Garber, and Paolo Montalban.

Center Theatre Group is extending its series of beautifully captured New Adventures productions on the Digital Stage with Matthew Bourne’s production of “The Red Shoes.” Streamed five times only, the schedule will be Friday, March 19 at 8 pm; Saturday, March 20 at 5 and 8 pm; and Sunday, March 21 at 1 and 5 pm (all times Pacific).
