The Park Theatre announced today they would hold a live telethon and auction via Facebook Live and YouTube Live simultaneously on Friday, July 10, starting at 7pm, EDT.

West Hawaii Today has reported that theaters including The Palace Theater, The Kahilu Theatre and more have been forced to put their productions on hold due to the health crisis.

In an effort to keep both Starlight staff and youth performers safe in the coronavirus pandemic, Starlight's education department will hold virtual auditions for its 2020 summer programs. Starlight's youth performance troupes, the Starlight Stars and Starlight Stars of Tomorrow, traditionally perform prior to select shows in the summer, as well as at community events. While the programs will look different in 2020, Starlight is determined to provide these valuable opportunities in new ways.

On the heels of wowing the star-studded audience at Elton John's Oscars bash last Sunday, Sam Fender is pleased to share details of a brand new track, his first of 2020. “Hold Out” is streaming now.
