Spoken Word Artist Devin James Stinson Releases 'Flow Therapy' Entitled 'The Locks'

Spoken word, 'flow therapy' artist Devin James Stinson, writes to bring awareness through content that elevates consciousness, to help others to find healing; in order to grow and reach potential, and simply, live one's life with happiness, purpose and hope. Stinson's spoken word, flow therapy compilation entitled 'The Locks' is one that seeks to enlighten others to seek their own potential, and know that all can live a joyful, fulfilled life that all desire by removing internal mental barriers, or in other words 'the locks.' Stinson wrote and published the spoken word, poetry piece entitled, 'The Locks' during March of 2018

Inspired in part by Bioh's mother's time in a boarding school in Ghana, and Bioh's own experience in at a boarding school in Pennsylvania, School Girls tells the story of Paulina, the reigning Queen Bee at Ghana's most exclusive boarding school. Her dreams of winning the Miss Universe pageant are threatened by the arrival of Ericka, a new student with undeniable talent, beauty … and lighter skin.

Set in 1864 in the fictional town of Brannock, Montana, evil lurks in the shadows of an otherwise bustling gold town as old friendships break down, and new mysteries unfold. Live projections, moving sets, and a working saloon surround the audience that moves through the play in promenade fashion. Explore Dr. Jekyll's laboratory, Hastie Lanyon's dry goods at Lanyon's General Store, or order a drink from Jolly at Millie's Saloon, all while enjoying a classic gothic tale of good versus evil.

Eugene Symphony Will Perform HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER'S STONE in Concert

The Hult Center announced today that the Eugene Symphony will perform Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in Concert Friday, January 31 as part of the Harry Potter Film Concert Series. The concert will feature the Eugene Symphony performing live, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Audiences will be able to relive the magic of the entire film in high-definition on a 40-foot screen while hearing the Eugene Symphony perform John Williams' unforgettable score live. Tickets go on sale November 15 at 10 am via HultCenter.org.

Casting includes Stephen Christopher Anthony in the title role. Jessica Sherman plays 'Heidi Hansen', Claire Rankin plays 'Cynthia Murphy', and John Hemphill plays 'Larry Murphy.' Noah Kieserman and Stephanie La Rochelle round out the Murphy family (as Connor and Zoe, respectively), with Alessandro Costantini as 'Jared Kleinman' and Ciara Alyse Harris as 'Alana Beck' completing the on-stage company.
