The Tony Nominated Broadway revival of Once On This Island, opened on December 3 at The Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th Street) to rave reviews. The new production is directed by Tony nominee Michael Arden, and choreographed by the critically-acclaimed Camille A. Brown.

The Los Angeles Philharmonic Association /Hollywood Bowl's upcoming production of Annie, one of the longest-running shows in Broadway history, will be this summer's annual staged musical at the Hollywood Bowl, and Tony-nominated director of Annie, Michael Arden, is inviting video submissions for potential Annies - as well as for the other six orphans. Manhattan Concert Productions (MCP) presented Broadway Classics in Concert, on Tuesday, February 20, 8:00 PM, in Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall. Producers Ken Davenport and Hunter Arnold present Once on this Island, the Olivier Award-winning and Tony Award-nominated Best Musical, currently in previews at the Circle in the Square Theatre. Once on this Island is directed by Tony nominee Michael Arden and choreographed by the critically-acclaimed Camille A. Brown.

They already have a hit running on 44th Street. As of this week, their music is filling another theatre just six blocks north. Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, who have brought us such beloved shows as Ragtime and Anastasia, are taking us back to the Caribbean this season with the return of their 1991 musical, Once On This Island. While the duo was in tech, making final tweaks to the show before the start of previews, that stopped by Sardi's to chat with Richard Ridge about heading back to the island.

The revival of the Olivier Award-winning and Tony Award-nominated Best Musical Once On This Island, directed by Tony nominee Michael Arden and choreographed by the critically-acclaimed Camille A. Brown, will begin preview performances on Thursday, November 9, 2017 and officially open on Sunday, December 3 at the Circle in the Square Theatre.
