In a new promo released by FOX for the Season 4 premiere of GLEE, Sue Sylvester introduces viewers to Kitty (newcomer Becca Tobin), who she describes as "a young Quinn Fabray except she's not pregnant, manic depressive or in and out of a wheelchair.'
