In a post-performance interview with the Hollywood Reporter last night, DANCING WITH THE STARS contestant Ricki Lake discussed her performance as well as her excitement for her newly slimmed-down figure.

On last night's episode of ABC's DANCING WITH THE STARS, all three couples competed against one another with two dances. The first number was a style the couples had not yet done. Then, all three contenders performed the always popular and fan favorite Freestyle dances, in the final one-hour performance show.

Announced earlier this week was news that Lin-Manuel Miranda will star as 'Charlie' in the upcoming Encores! production of MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG. Merrily has been extended for a two-week run, and will play for 15 performances, February 8-19, 2012 at New York City Center, 55th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. Disney's 'The Odd Life of Timothy Green,' a film by Peter Hedges, is currently on location in Georgia. On Saturday, Jennifer Garner surprised her co-stars Joel Edgerton, CJ Adams, Odeya Rush and the rest of the cast and crew by treating them to a live lunchbreak performance by the local southern rock band Fiasco. As Fiasco was creating a lively mood, two of the film's other stars -- Common and Lin-Manuel Miranda -- spontaneously joined the band to do what they do best - freestyle.

Last night, Bristol Palin, Jennifer Grey and Kyle Massey faced off in the finals of ABC's Dancing with the Stars. Tonight, November 23, the winner will be named and take home the coveted mirror ball trophy. In a last ditch effort to prove to viewers that she earned her place in the finals, Bristol Palin did her best freestyle to 'Cell Block Tango' from the Broadway Musical, Chicago. On November 6, 2010, Lin-Manuel Miranda and his freestyle group, Freestyle Love Supreme, will take the stage at Le Poisson Rouge. The group, which began with Miranda at Wesleyan University, takes word suggestions from the audience and builds songs around them, entirely improved. The concert begins at 7pm. The best of Broadway is being presented free on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 Lite fm Presents Broadway in Bryant Park 2010' - a lunchtime series which began on Thursday, July 8th at 12:30pm on the Bryant Park Stage. Sponsored by Bank of America, and JCPenney 33rd & 6th, and hosted by Lite fm's on-air personalities, the tenth annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances runs through August 12th.
