Vital Theatre Company has announced the acquisition of the rights to the new children's picture book 'Myra and the Drawing Drama', written by Rosemary Rivera and illustrated by Mario Menjivar, for the creation a new family musical with Book and Lyrics by Jeremy Dobrish and Music and Lyrics by David Mallamud which will debut in Vital Theatre Company's 2022-2023 Season.
Actor/playwright Steve Trzaska world premiere’s his CAMP GINGER for two Saturdays beginning February 26, 2022, at the Little Theater at the Actors Company. Greenbrier Valley Theatre Board of Trustees have selected Matthew Scott Campbell to succeed Cathey Sawyer as the new artistic director of the non-profit Equity regional theatre. Campbell began his tenure in January and will work with Sawyer during a transition period before her retirement at the end May 2021.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 presents the new musical TWO THOUSAND MILES as part of their New Works series on Friday June 7at 9:30pm. Two Thousand Miles is an original musical with a book by Alyssa Williams with Morgan Bartholick, music & lyrics by Hans Zanger and Matthew DeMaria with some arrangements by Brian Fitzsoua. In February 2017, Alyssa and Morgan met during auditions for Godspell in Concert, Alyssa's first benefit for the Arthritis National Research Foundation. After this sold out concert reading, we continued to build a professional and personal relationship through concerts/cabarets.
