Maui Arts & Cultural Center will present a series of free nights under the stars in the A&B Amphitheater and Yokouchi Pavilion with our Starry Night Cinema screenings.

Lilo & Stitch, the new live-action remake of the 2002 animated film, will officially arrive on Disney+ on September 3. The movie has crossed $1 billion at the global box office and broke records as the highest-grossing Memorial Day 4-day weekend opening in U.S. history.

Walt Disney Studios has confirmed that Lilo & Stitch 2, a continuation of the recent live-action remake, is officially in development. The news was announced on 626 Day, a celebration of the beloved Disney character, with a video of Stitch himself tearing through the historical Burbank studio lot.

Disney’s upcoming live-action film, Lilo & Stitch, has been announced as Fandango’s best ticket preseller of 2025. The film has surpassed all 2025 titles in advance ticket sales at the same point in the sales cycle.

Disney has released the official trailer for Lilo & Stitch, the new live-action remake of the 2002 animated film. The new movie will open exclusively in theaters nationwide on May 23, 2025.

On October 30, cast, crew, and several special guests attended a Los Angeles screening of Netflix's Maria at the Ross House. In attendance was Angelia Jolie, who plays the legendary opera singer in the film, as well as director Pablo Larraín, guests Ed Lachman, Jane Fonda, Olivia Wilde, and more.
