Rock n' soul will rule the night on Saturday, April 22 at 8:00 pm as Christine Ohlman, the flashy, gritty platinum-blonde 'Beehive Queen,' who is the longtime vocalist with NBC's Saturday Night Live Band, brings Christine Ohlman & Rebel Montez to The Emelin Theatre in Mamaroneck for “THE QUEEN MEETS THE KINGS,” teaming with legendary Billy Joel drummer Liberty Devitto & The Slim Kings in a night of roots-driven, soulful rock n' roll that will spotlight songs from their recordings, including Ohlman's latest, 

GRAMMY award winning artist Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers will play Raleigh's Meymandi Concert Hall at the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts on June 6, 2023.

On Sunday, March 12th, I had the pleasure of seeing yet another phenomenal installment of the Downtown Cabaret Theatre’s Decades in Music series, THE 1980S.  Of the three so far, this one has been my favorite!  THE 1980S is written by Phill Hill, directed and choreographed by Jennifer Kaye, and performed at the Downtown Cabaret Theatre in Bridgeport CT.  THE 1980S represents a trip through song, dance, and video clips of the decade I entered as a pre-schooler and left as a high school freshman.  Consistently with the Decades in Music series, the usual stellar cast of Robert Peterpaul, Everton Ricketts, Mikayla Petrilla, and Saige Bryan provide first-rate performances that truly captivate the feel of the decade and radiate positive energy throughout the audience.  The performers have excellent stage chemistry with each other, harmonize well, and truly look like they are having a great time up on stage, and when breaking the fourth wall and interacting with the audience!

Two new shows have been added to the 2023 Summer Concert Series at Indian Ranch in Webster, MA. Kip Moore returns to the Indian Ranch stage on Sunday, June 11, 2023 and Yachtley Crew makes their debut on Sunday, July 30, 2023.

Ultimately, The Buzztones Present “Now That’s What Someone Might Call Music!” is an absolutely delightful presentation of acapella from a group that is clearly passionate (while also being immensely talented)! You can bet that I’ll be humming their songs for the next few weeks.

Rumours: The Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute Show is coming to Indian Ranch in Webster, MA on Sunday, July 9, 2023. Tickets go on-sale this Saturday, January 21 at 10:00 AM.

Uptown Knauer Performing Arts Center will brighten January with its annual Gala. Light Up The Night will once again give audiences an incredible event to celebrate Uptown. Saturday, January 14 at 5:30pm audiences will gather at the Chester County History Center for signature cocktails, hors d'oeuvres by local native, “Big Chef”  and Food Network Star Tom Pizzica of Philly Hots, live music from the Uptown! Singers, fun photos and a silent auction. 

The Warner Theatre has announced a new series of live acoustic concerts, STUDIO SESSIONS @ NMST. Performances will take place in the Nancy Marine Studio Theatre, and begin with Jeffrey Gaines supported by Eddie Seville on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at 8 pm.
