English singing sensation Debbie Wileman will celebrate the 100th birthday of the legendary Judy Garland in a one-woman musical show, conducted by Ron Abel, at the Catalina Jazz Club on Saturday, June 11th, 2022. Red Carpet arrivals begin at 7:30pm. Showtime is 8:30pm.

New dates have been announced for the highly successful UK and Ireland tour of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning musical JERSEY BOYS, which is currently on the road and running simultaneously with the smash-hit West End production, playing to packed houses at the newly refurbished Trafalgar Theatre. Sonia Manzano, who portrayed ‘Maria’ on “Sesame Street” from 1971-2015 attended the matinee performance yesterday (Sunday, 5/22) of ROMEO & BERNADETTE.  She and Mark Saltzman, the book & lyric writer of the show, worked together on the show for many years.

The Off-Broadway production of Romeo & Bernadette: A Musical Tale of Verona and Brooklyn, with book and lyrics by Mark Saltzman, music adapted from classic Italian melodies, directed and choreographed by Justin Ross Cohen, and starring the original cast,  officially opened on Monday, May 16 at Theater 555 (555 West 42nd Street - between 10th and 11th Avenues).

The Broward Center for the Performing Arts and The Parker, an affiliate venue, celebrate Gay Pride month this June and continuing throughout the summer.

Contra Costa Civic Theatre today announced its 63rd Main Stage season, which includes a reimagined classic musical, the Bay Area premiere about a cultural icon, a quirky comedy from the writer/producer of the Hulu hit series “Only Murders in this Building,” and a unique look at America’s melting pot at the end of the 19th century.

Casting has been announced for the Providence return engagement of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, playing the Providence Performing Arts Center for two performances.

Lerner and Loewe’s Camelot, the 1960 musical based on the legend of King Arthur and his knights of the round table and adapted from the T.H. White novel The Once and Future King, is now onstage in Franklin, in an entertaining, sparkling and winningly fast-paced rendition from Studio Tenn. Under the direction of Broadway veteran Phillip William McKinley (The Boy From Oz, Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark) who, with his creative team, brings to life the show’s 2010 update by multiple Emmy Award-winning, multi-hyphenate television producer David Lee (Frasier, Wings, The Jeffersons).

Freshly reimagined in a new adaptation as a “play-within-a-play” told by a band of ten traveling Revelers, this story of passion, jealousy, and revenge, directed by Dennis Corwin, is perfectly scaled for Lakewood’s stage.
