Algonquin Arts Theatre has released first look video of its production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Algonquin Arts Theatre (Pamela Ward-Executive Director) has announced the cast and creative team for its October musical, The Hunchback of Notre Dame. The show will run at Algonquin Arts Theatre from October 7 through October 22.

The black and white covered vinyl double album became my own personal soundtrack. And I was somehow surprised that people knew I was gay.

It was like a scene from Neil Simon's "The Sunshine Boys." `I came from the people; they need to adore me /So Christian Dior me from my head to my toes.' What kind of a lyric is that?" kvetched lyricist Fred Ebb as he got into the taxi. "You remembered it," quipped his songwriting partner, composer John Kander, with a shrug. The song? "Rainbow High." The show? "Evita."

The musical, which originally opened on Broadway in 1979 and has been revived several times - including an amazing (in my opinion) film adaptation starring Madonna - is currently touring the US and has made a stop in San Antonio.
