The Habit has done it again! First, they wowed us with their hilarious sketch comedy, then branched out into sidesplitting playwrighting with the recurring “A Very Die Hard Christmas”, not to mention their “Indiana Jones” send up. But now The Habit in conjunction with Seattle Public Theater have set their sights on that 90’s epic love story that just couldn’t be sunk, “Titanic”, with their hysterical “Titanish”. And their new show proves they know good comedy.

Titanish is a new comedy presented by Seattle Public Theater and The Habit Comedy. Conceived by director Mark Siano, creator of the new Northwest holiday classic, A Very Die Hard Christmas, Titanish is a fast-paced 80 minute parody of the three hour film. It is written by Jeff Schell and Ryan Dobosh, the team that created the hit Indy Jones and Raiders of the Last Temple of the Doomed Ark. Titanish will prove to be an unsinkable comedy.

Catch the final performances of Seattle's beloved and improbably successful Bohemia before it heads to Europe for an engagement at the Ballhaus Berlin. The illustrious Triple Door transforms into 1890s Prague in Bohemia, a story about love, classical music, art nouveau, green fairies and absinthe. Presented by Opal Peachey and Mark Siano, this musical combines live orchestral music from composers Antonín Dvořák and Frédéric Chopin, with original musical works by Mark Siano and Dayton Allemann. The set and costumes are inspired by the art of Alphonse Mucha; and historic artists Sarah Bernhardt and George Sand interweave with beautiful green fairies, aerial numbers, dance, burlesque, classical piano battles, comedy, and new and original songs. 

It's a Christmas miracle, Yippie Ki Yay! After a full sold-out run in 2018, The Habit's A Very Die Hard Christmas returns to Seattle Public Theater. Created by the comedy writers that have had Seattle in stitches for years, this musical parody borrows from the iconic film and promises lots of action, 80s jokes, smooth soft rock jams, and snarky German terrorists. Performances run November 29 - December 28, 2019 and tickets are on sale now.
