So what does a cabaret director do? Today in my ongoing series, THERE ARE NO ONE-PERSON SHOWS, we will find out from one of the busiest cabaret directors in New York, Marc Tumminelli. Marc is the founder of Broadway Workshop, which provides year-round, professional-level classes and workshops for kids 8-19 with some of the finest artists working on Broadway and in the West End. He is also the founder of Project Broadway, a non-profit that provides scholarship opportunities to young performers.

Tony nominee Ethan Slater and Drama Desk Nominee Nick Blaemire joined Take A Bow on the eve of the launch of their new project, Edge of the World. The two have teamed up to create a new concept album as the composers and stars of the album.

Adam Jacobs joined Take A Bow this week. After his twin boys were born on the first day of rehearsal for Broadway, his outlook on the role of Aladdin quickly shifted. He inspires audiences when he shares that it took eight years to finally land the role of Simba in the Lion King. His story just reminds listeners to never give up on their dreams.

Eli Tokash, in association with the Broadway Podcast Network, has announced this month’s guest on TAKE A BOW.  Broadway and Award winning circus performer Nicolas Jelmoni joins Take A Bow to share his story about being a dreamer and living every opportunity to the fullest of your ability.
