WICKED, the West End and Broadway musical phenomenon that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, has announced the release of 500,000 new tickets, with public booking now extended at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre until Sunday 28 May 2023.
Wicked has released the first production images of new cast members Lucie Jones (Elphaba), Ryan Reid (Fiyero), Sophie-Louise Dann (Madame Morrible) and Gary Wilmot (The Wizard).

The Old Vic has announced the casting for Matthew Warchus’ big-hearted, smash hit production of Charles Dickens’ immortal classic A Christmas Carol, joyously adapted for the stage by Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child). The Old Vic’s A Christmas Carol returns with a live audience on 24 November, with previews from 13 November.
There’s a song by Brad Paisley titled “Little Moments” where the American singer-songwriter celebrates the small instances and idiosyncrasies that make life worth living. Ben Barrow and Lucy Ireland’s new song-cycle From Here feels like the spirit of that ballad was given the space and breath it deserves - although the genre and delivery have nothing to do with Paisley’s hit.
Starring SIX's Grace Mouat, Bat Out of Hell's Andrew Patrick-Walker, Nicola Espallardo and Aidan Harkins, From Here premiered at Chiswick Playhouse 1st July and will run 7th August 2021.

Cameron Mackintosh presents Les Misérables - The Staged Concert with a company of over 65 running until 30 November 2019 at the intimate Gielgud Theatre, next door to the home of Les Misérables at the recently re-named Sondheim Theatre.
As rehearsals begin for Les Miserables -The Staged Concert, Cameron Mackintosh introduces Shan Ako and Lily Kerhoas who complete the principal casting as Eponine and Cosette respectively. They join the previously announced Michael Ball as Javert, Alfie Boe as Jean Valjean, Carrie Hope Fletcher as Fantine, Matt Lucas as Thenardier, Rob Houchen as Marius, Bradley Jaden as Enjolras, Katy Secombe as Madame Thenardier and, for three performances a week, John Owen-Jones as Jean Valjean.

Ghostlight Records has announced the release of the Original London Cast Recording of Stephen Schwartz's WORKING on Friday, March 2. The album is being released following a hugely successful run at Southwark Playhouse, directed by Luke Sheppard in Summer 2017. This will be the first recording of WORKING since the Original Broadway Cast Recording in 1978 and will feature never before released tracks by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Directed by Luke Sheppard (In The Heights) the cast of Working includes Gillian Bevan (Teachers, Holby City), Dean Chisnall (Shrek, Blood Brothers), Krysten Cummings (Rent), Siubhan Harrison (Guys and Dolls), Peter Polycarpou (City of Angels, Miss Saigon, Oklahoma) and Liam Tamne (Rocky Horror, Les Miserables,The Phantom of the Opera). Completing the cast are rising stars Patrick Coulter, Nicola Espallardo, Izuka Hoyle, Luke Latchman, Huon Mackley and Kerri Norville, who are all making their professional debut.
