Amoeba Productions has announced its upcoming fundraiser concert, Amoeba's Night Out, scheduled for Monday, September 8, 2025, at 7 PM at The Triad Theater.

We spoke with Charles Kirsch, host of the theater podcast Backstage Babble, about the 7/7 show, featuring Broadway luminaries Len Cariou (SWEENEY TODD), Annie Golden (XANADU) and more reprising songs they originated and sharing stories.

54 Below will present the return of Backstage Babble Live! on Monday, July 7 at 7:00 p.m. The live edition of Charles Kirsch’s hit podcast returns by popular demand, featuring a cast of Broadway favorites performing songs from their past roles and sharing stories from decades onstage.

The pages of Cabaret Scenes Magazine came to life June 21 at Green Room 42 when, together with the American Songbook Association, publishers of the legendary monthly magazine, they hosted the Fourth Annual Darrell Henline Award evening which honored Steve Ross aka “The Crown Prince of New York Cabaret”. 

Dancers Over 40 began their fourth decade as an organization with a celebration of the 50th Anniversary of CHICAGO; past, present and future, honoring Bob Fosse, Gwen Verdon, Chita Rivera, Jerry Orbach and Ann Reinking, with original and revival cast members, hosted by Golden Globe nominee and former revival Roxie Hart, Marilu Henner.
