The new quickly, quickly EP finds Portland, Oregon’s Graham Jonson back in his home studio, engrossed in ‘60s psychedelic soul music, imagining some bygone era where it was all about the drum sounds and tape decay. He calls it Easy Listening; the songs are short and inviting, modest yet loaded with ideas.

Rising singer-songwriter Abraham Alexander’s much anticipated debut album SEA/SONS is out now on Dualtone Records. Alexander co-produced the record alongside Matt Pence (The Breeders, Yuck, Here We Go Magic) and Brad Cook (Nathaniel Rateliff, Kevin Morby, Bon Iver). Plus, check out upcoming tour dates!

OrpheusPDX General and Artistic Director, Christopher Mattaliano, has officially announced the details of the 2023 season, the company's  second. Performances of Mozart's masterwork The Royal Shepherd (Il Re Pastore)  and Nico Muhly's compelling Dark Sisters will take place in Portland's 475-seat  Lincoln Hall, where opera is experienced at its best—up close and personal. 

Producer/songwriter Felly returns with the release of his new single “Crying In Sunshine (Feat. Arden Jones)”. The collaboration is sun-soaked and groovy; an ode to protecting your own peace as you navigate the mountains and valleys of the complex, complicated world. Felly also announced a 23 date headlining tour in North America.

On Friday night ¿Téo? played to a sold-out room at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg and tonight he continues his headline North American “Sol & Luna” tour with a stop in Montreal for a show at Bar Le Ritz. The tour concludes in San Francisco on March 29 with a sold-out show at the Rickshaw Stop.

Critically acclaimed darkwave artist Mareux announces new album, Lovers From The Past, set for release on May 5, 2023 via Warner Records/Revolution Records. London-based Young Gun Silver Fox are back with their new single Tip Of The Flame (12” Disco Mix). They will be embarking on their debut US tour this March. The dynamic musical duo of Andy Platts and Shawn Lee are touring in support of Ticket To Shangri-La, their fourth studio album and finest work to date.

Legendary art-rock group The Residents have announced FACELESS FOREVER, their 50th Anniversary Tour kicking off at the Wonder Ballroom (Portland, OR) on March 16 and hitting 22 cities before culminating in a three-night run at the Great American Music Hall (San Francisco, Calif.) from April 17 - 19, 2023.

The genesis of the song came from conversations with seasoned producers and writers in the LA music scene and riffing off the ideals of the 60s free love movement.
