Irish indie rock band, The Academic are back with their latest single, “My Very Best” from their upcoming album, Sitting Pretty. The track is accompanied by a music video that was shot with creative partners Ronan & Hope at the largest match-making festival in the world - Lisdoornvarna.

Narrow Head’s latest single “Caroline” captures the band at their most nakedly pop-inflected moment yet. Washes of melodics and A/B song-structures are subsumed in an ocean-spray of glimmering distortion and aired with sweetly sung words, generating Moments of Clarity’s soft album centerpiece.

The Murder Capital confirm a 13-date North American tour in support of their forthcoming album Gigi’s Recovery. The band, whose 2020 tour was cut short by the pandemic after just two sold-out shows, will return to perform in cities including Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Chicago, Portland, and San Francisco in March and April.

Born in Atlanta but based in LA, Colombian-American Mateo Arias, who performs and records under the name ¿Téo?, has unveiled a new song, “In the Essence.” Produced by John Blanda, and co-written by Arias and Maesu, the sensual track is further evidence of Arias’ unique blend of bossa nova, hip-hop and alternative music.

Rising pop artist Nessa Barrett announces the young forever tour, her first-ever headlining tour of North America in support of her similarly titled debut album. The 15-date trek kicks off in Phoenix, AZ on February 23, followed by stops in Atlanta, Nashville, Boston, New York, and Chicago. The tour draws to a close in Los Angeles, CA on March 21.

News of The Academic’s US tour comes after the announcement of European dates, which begin in Glasgow, Scotland on release day, before touching down in major metropoles such as Paris, London, Berlin, and Amsterdam. It’s been an eventful time for the band with rollicking new single “Pushing Up Daisies” arriving in late October.

In anticipation of their joint tour, the duorelease their second Neil Young covers EP. Younger Still, out now via Polyvinyl Recording Co.,  features Rosenstock & Stevenson putting their spin on classics “Comes a Time,” and “Everybody Knows This is Nowhere,” alongside deeper cuts like “Razor Love” and “Hey Babe.”

Three-man comedy band Lewberger, featuring Keith Habersberger of the Try Guys, will make their Off–Broadway debut in Spring 2023 with their first-ever musical, THE WIZARD OF FRIENDSHIP running March 1st – March 26th at NYC’s Theatre Row.
