Today, it was announced that the North American Tour of the acclaimed Girl From The North Country, nominated for 7 Tony Awards including Best Musical, will have its technical rehearsals and tour premiere at Hennepin Theatre Trust's historic Orpheum Theatre in the Fall of 2023.

The Broadway cast of Girl From The North Country recently celebrated their 2022 Grammy nomination for Best Musical Theater Album and the holiday season with 1067LiteFM's Christine Nagy. The cast got together to spread some holiday cheer with an outdoor performance of 'Winter Wonderland.'

On Friday, February 7, 2020 Girl From the North Country began performances at the Belasco Theatre for just a brief stint before Broadway shut down weeks later. Colin Bates will be joining the cast in the role of Gene Laine. Additionally, Alex Joseph Grayson, Housso Semon, Edward Staudenmayer, and Anastasia Talley will be joining the company as swings.
