54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, will present Rachel and Keve-Sis! Boom! Bah! Rachel Handman (Funny Girl) and Keve Wilson (Company) return to 54 Below for their seventh engagement. They bring joy and optimism to their shows with tales of their lifelong friendship alongside music that always surprises the audience.

FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, presents Rachel and  Keve-Let’s Hear it for Broadway Musicians! Rachel Handman (West  Side Story) and Keve Wilson (Company) return to Feinstein’s/54 Below for  their sixth engagement.

It’s a very rare thing for 54 Below to present an evening of strictly instrumental music. But violinist Rachel Handman and oboist Keve Wilson are not ordinary musicians. They have been friends since childhood, growing up in the same neighborhood upstate. Handman’s mother was Keve Wilson’s piano teacher. They’ve been together ever since, occasionally even sharing a Broadway pit. At the time of the shutdown, Handman was playing West Side Story and Wilson was playing Company. This is the fourth time they’ve graced the stage of 54 Below. However, this time their band has expanded. Together with guitarist Hidayat Honari, bassist Marc Schmied, and drummer Damien Bassman, Handman and Wilson delighted a rapt audience.

Rachel Handman (violin-West Side Story) and Keve Wilson (oboe-Company) are joined by Hidayat Honari (guitars-Beetlejuice), Marc Schmied (bass) and Damien Bassman (percussion-Jagged Little Pill) as well as Special Guest, vocalist Forest Van Dyke (Dogman).

After a 15-month shutdown due to the COVID-19 epidemic, proprietors Steve Baruch, Richard Frankel, and Tom Viertel have announced that “Broadway’s Supper Club” Feinstein’s/54 Below will reopen its iconic red door for live performances on June 17, 2021. 

Symphony Space has announced its 2021 Gala, the organization’s first event featuring live performance in its Peter Jay Sharp Theater since March 2020. Artists who have made Symphony Space their home will celebrate their return to the Sharp Theater stage with a concert of soaring songs and captivating dance.

#Elektragaaz are a global live and virtual instrumental group featuring a mix of live and electronic music with most of the members based in the New York metropolitan area but headed by a mysterious and intensely private Frisian composer using the pseudonym of Poppo Redband but usually referred to as simply Redband.
