Following the final performance of Punch at the Apollo Theatre on 29 November 2025, profits from the West End run will be used to create a new version of Punch to be toured into schools.

Details have been announced for the weekly post-show conversations taking place on Tuesdays throughout the West End run of the critically-acclaimed Nottingham Playhouse production of Punch. 

The Nottingham Playhouse production of Punch by Olivier Award-winning playwright, James Graham, based on the book ‘Right From Wrong' by Jacob Dunne, will transfer to the West End.

Cambridge Arts Theatre has announced the appointment of a new Chair to its Property Management Trust, as well as the appointment of a new Chair and a team of Trustees to its Theatre Management Trust. 

An additional week of performances has been added for Waiting for Godot at Theatre Royal Haymarket, now running until 21 December 2024.

A new production of Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot will open at next year, directed by James Macdonald and starring Lucian Msamati (Estragon) and Ben Whishaw (Vladimir), with further casting to be announced. The production opens at Theatre Royal Haymarket in September 2024 and will play a strictly limited run.

Full casting is announced for William Shakespeare’s As You Like It, directed by Josie Rourke, with a musical score by Michael Bruce, @sohoplace, the first new build West End theatre to open in 50 years.

Eighteen new plays for the inaugural New Play Commission Scheme (NPCS) have been announced by the Writers' Guild of Great Britain (WGGB) in partnership with HighTide theatre company, UK Theatre and the Independent Theatre Council.
