Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre opens Million Dollar Quartet tonight. See photos from the show!

Casa Mañana will open its 2024-25 Broadway Season with Million Dollar Quartet, the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical based on the true story of the famed jam session that brought together Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins.

American Stage kicks off its 47th season with a tribute to an American icon. The season opener promises to captivate audiences with a powerful performance celebrating a legendary figure in American culture.

​​​​​​​Actors Theatre of Indiana will kick off their 2024-2025 Season on September 13 with RING OF FIRE: The Music of Johnny Cash.

Bandhouse Gigs, an outfit that assembles top local musicians to honor a variety of artists from Bob Dylan to the Stones, began its life outdoors at the Strathmore, honoring Nils Lofgren. For a big event Saturday with the full title “Strathmore Presents A BandHouse Gigs 20th Anniversary Tribute to DC Legends,” an attempt was made to honor no less than 24 acts over three and a half hours, involving, by one count, 75 different musicians.

The Herberger Theater Center's 2024-2025 season will feature four captivating shows

In this raw yet uplifting show, Charlene Boyd gets to grips with a life less ordinary. More than a simple biography of June’s life and music, this play with songs sees Charlene explore her own relationship with her musical heroine and their shared experience as performers and working mothers.

Musician and Door County educator Paul Sowinski will lead a pre-show seminar at Peninsula Players Theatre on Thursday, August 8, at 6:30 p.m., in conjunction with the theater’s production of “Million Dollar Quartet,” an electrifying musical of rock ‘n’ roll history. 

Scott Moreau is from Litchfield, ME and holds a BFA in Music Theatre from Illinois Wesleyan University. After a lifelong dream of being a professional baseball player, Scott turned to the stage after seeing a life-changing performance of Les Misérables in London his freshman year of high school. Through his years in high school and college, he found a love for not only musical theatre but choral singing, directing, sound design and stage combat.

Jersey Boys is opening in the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheatre, telling the fascinating behind-the-scenes story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons in a PG version of the hit musical. Check out all new photos and video here!

Renegade rocker and Outlaw Country icon Jesse Dayton is back on the road, continuing his Road to Redemption Tour with newly announced East Coast dates in support of his new album, The Hard Way Blues, released May 31st.

For decades now, TV movies and feature films have been made about Elvis Presley, but stage shows about the King of Rock ‘n Roll, or built on his amazing musical catalogue, have been fewer and further between.

JERSEY BOYS, the hit musical telling the story of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons, is set to open at Tuacahn Amphitheatre on July 13. It runs through Oct. 19, alternating with Disney's Frozen and Anastasia the New Broadway Musical.
