Producers Ira Pittelman, Tom Hulce, Jeffrey Richards and Jerry Frankel are proud to announce that Spring Awakening, the 8-time Tony Award® winning and Grammy Award-winning Broadway musical will launch a multi-city national tour beginning in the Curran Theatre in San Francisco on September 4th as part of the SHN Best of Broadway Series.

Today's the day the Teddy Bears had their picnic! And they brought along all their Broadway-loving friends for another successful and entertaining Broadway Bears auction, presented by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS! To the thrill of bear and fan-boy alike, the 11th Annual event raised over $127,000! Top winners were 'Cyrano de Bergerac,' 'The Lion King' and 'Spamalot.'

They will present their annual Winter Intensive February 16-18. Jason Robert Brown returns as a special guest master class instructor to mentor the talented young performers (ages 10-21).

After a recent sold-out stint at The Laurie Beechman Theater, 'The Joe Iconis Rock and Roll Jamboree' is coming to Joe's Pub on February 11 at 9:30PM. With guests Kirsten Wyatt, John Gallagher Jr., Katrina Rose Dideriksen, Krysta Rodriguz and more!

The 11th Annual Broadway Bears auction line-up, presented by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS on February 17 at 7PM, is here! Each year, 'Broadway Bears: A Costumed Teddy Bear Auction' is a much-anticipated BC/EFA event. These specially-designed bears (often using actual material from their respective Broadway productions, and autographed by the stars) raised $130,000 last year. BC/EFA hopes to reach even higher this winter!

The cast of Broadway's 'Spring Awakening' visited the 25th Anniversary production of Forbidden Broadway, 'Rude Awakening' on Monday, January 28. Both casts had a laugh meeting their spoofed and real-life counter-parts.
