Just last night, Roundabout Theatre Company's Broadway premiere of Trouble in Mind opened on Broadway. Trouble in Mind is led by LaChanze as 'Wiletta Mayer,' with Michael Zegen as 'Al Manners,' Chuck Cooper as 'Sheldon Forrester,' Danielle Campbell as 'Judy Sears,' Jessica Frances Dukes as 'Millie Davis,' Brandon Micheal Hall as 'John Nevins,' Simon Jones as 'Henry,' Alex Mickiewicz as 'Eddie Fenton,' and Don Stephenson as 'Bill O'Wray.'

The New Group will soon present Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, starring Jennifer Damiano, Ana Nogueira, Joél Pérez and Michael Zegen, and Duncan Sheik, in this world premiere production.  Arriving as part of The New Group's 25th Anniversary Season, this production features Book by Jonathan Marc Sherman, Music and Lyrics by Duncan Sheik, Additional Lyrics by Amanda Green and Choreography by Kelly Devine.  Scott Elliott directs.  Previews begin January 16 in advance of an Official Opening Night on Tuesday, February 4.  A limited Off-Broadway engagement is slated through March 15 at The Pershing Square Signature Center (The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre, 480 West 42nd Street).

BroadwayWorld has just learned that Richard Kind will return to Roundabout's stage, following his Tony Award-nominated and Drama Desk Award-winning performance in The Big Knife, in Kiss Me, Kate. Kind will reprise the role of "Second Man," which he played in Roundabout's 2016 benefit concert reading of Kiss Me, Kate.
