Five of Mexico's top chefs are coming together for The Best of Mexico´s Culinary Traditions Riviera Maya at Grand Velas Riviera Maya from October 10th to 14th. The chefs will team up with chefs Humberto May Tamay and Laura Avalos of Grand Velas' Mayan restaurant, Chaka. Over 200,000 products awaited the Specialty Food Association Trendspotter Panel at the 64th Annual Summer Fancy Food Show. Held June 30 to July 2 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City, the show encompassed six football fields worth of specialty food and beverages.
