Andrew Lloyd Webber, one of the most influential figures in musical theatre, will be honored by Goodspeed Musicals at their 2026 Gala & Auction. He will be honored with the Goodspeed Musicals Award for Outstanding Contribution to Musical Theatre.

He plays Patrick as an apex predator, but one that surprisingly gets lonely or feels isolated. There is not just the cold killer, but also a sense of what’s killing him.

Compass Rose Theater appointed Madeline Austin as Artistic Director for Compass Rose Theater. She replaces the theater's Founding Artistic Director, Lucinda Merry-Browne, who had led the theater since 2011 and retired in 2024.
