ThinkTank Theatre, in collaboration with Tampa Fringe, will present H*TLER'S TASTERS, a thought-provoking play exploring the lives of young women who were forced to taste Adolf Hitler's food for poisons.

TampaRep’s upcoming production of God of Carnage promises an uncomfortably funny, sharply intimate experience under the direction of Alexis Carra, who has updated the play to 2026 and staged it in the round to heighten its immediacy. Carra calls the story “painfully current,” noting how quickly the characters’ polished civility collapses.

Tampa’s ThinkTank Theatre will launch its 2025–26 season with William Shakespeare’s A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, running November 5–16 at the JCC on the Cohn Campus.

ThinkTank Theatre values its role in fostering awareness, supporting new participants, and highlighting the impact of gun violence on communities through professionally staged, teen-written plays. Artistic Director Georgia Mallory Guy emphasizes the unique local spirit brought to the Tampa Bay staging and hopes the event inspires audiences to move beyond complacency and become advocates for change.

This evening, or rather last evening, during their “Final Preview,” I was once again regaled to my seat with baited breath as I waited for the lights to fall on McDonagh’s masterpiece and, forthrightly, my favorite play, The Pillowman.
