Hillary Clinton will be moderating a BroadwayCon panel with legendary women of Broadway! The panel will feature LaChanze, Julie White, and Vanessa Williams, and take place on Friday, July 8 at 1 PM. 

BroadwayCon, the premiere fan convention for all things Broadway, today announced the programming lineup, featuring performances and appearances from some of Broadway's biggest shows and influential names in theater. 

New talent has been added, honorees have been announced, and an exciting premiere performance will take place at the Fourth Annual Step into the Spotlight Soiree & Talent Competition on Thursday, December 2, 2021 to benefit the Zzak G. Applaud Our Kids (AOK) Foundation!

Written by Bob Stewart, the piece is directed by Fredi Walker-Browne (RENT), with sound and video production by DimlyWit Productions.

The Axelrod Performing Arts Center is introducing the Anne & Sheldon Vogel Virtual Concert Series, Thursday evenings at 7 pm, beginning on July 16, streaming on Facebook Live. Co-produced by Remember Jones and Andrew DePrisco, this summer series includes a lineup of Broadway stars, American Idol alumni, and up-and-coming young artists.

BroadwayCon announced today BEETLEJUICE has joined the MainStage lineup at BroadwayCon 2020. As part of MainStage programming, the BEETLEJUICE Spotlight session will feature members of the cast on Saturday, January 25, 2020. Additional MainStage programming will be announced at a later date. BroadwayCon celebrates its fifth year in 2020, returning to the New York Hilton Midtown on Friday, January 24 through Sunday, January 26. Tickets are on sale now at BroadwayCon.com/register.

So it's been more than a year…! I previously wrote for BroadwayWorld's High School Center from 2016-2017 as a junior and senior in high school. With senior year stress, college craziness, and this huge transition in life, I had to take a break from writing. During the break from my last post A LOT has happened.

The Axelrod Performing Arts Center  APAC) presents "Ain't Misbehavin' The Fats Waller Musical Show"  for four performances only: August 13 & 20 at 3 p.m. and August 16 & 17 at 8 p.m. The musical is being directed and choreographed by Neptune resident Fredi Walker-Browne, whose Broadway credits include the original cast of the musical "RENT" (Joanne Jefferson) and the national tour of"The Lion King" (Rafiki).
