The Circuit Playhouse, Inc., parent company to The Circuit Playhouse, TheatreWorks at the Square, and Playhouse on the Square have announced their 2020-2021 Season.

Arena Stage has announced its 2020/21 Season, which is set to include five world premieres, four plays and three musicals, including a Corbin Bleu-led Catch Me If You Can.

Jacob Haren, a San Diego native who currently appears in Broadway's a?oeThe Book of Mormon,a?? will bring his cabaret act a?oePure Imaginationa?? to ClubM at the Moonlight Amphitheatre on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $40 and are on sale now at moonlightstage.com or by calling (760) 724-2110.

To help commemorate the 40th anniversary season of the Moonlight Amphitheatre, a line-up of favorite current and past performers will comprise the 2020 offerings at ClubM, the theatre's intimate indoor cabaret space. Running January through March and sponsored by Vista Energy Storage, ClubM will feature Eric Kunze (Broadway - 'Les Misérables,' 'Miss Saigon,' 'Damn Yankees') and Gina Feliccia (Broadway and Broadway National Tour - 'Les Misérables') on Friday, Jan. 17 and Saturday, Jan. 18 (please note that the January 18 date is sold out); Jacob Haren (Broadway- 'The Book of Mormon') on Saturday, February 1; Moonlight Favorites including Bets Malone, Richard Bermudez, Kevin Hafso-Koppman and Kyrsten Hafso-Koppman on Saturday, Feb. 15; and Allison Spratt Pearce (Broadway - 'Curtains') on Saturday, March 14. The Des Moines Community Playhouse held the 2019 Dionysos Awards on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019. The theatre honored 14 backstage, guest services, and education volunteers, and announced 12 acting award winners. The evening began with a number from A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, on stage now through Sept. 29, 2019.

The musical adaptation of Steven Steven Spielberg's screenplay(2002) of Frank William Abagnale Jr's autobiography (1980, written by Abagnale and Stan Redding) is given the intimate Hayes Theatre treatment for an evening of high energy song and dance as one of the America's most famous fraudsters is bought to life in CATCH ME IF YOU CAN. 

Broadway, brace yourself for the return of Aaron Tveit! Tveit has had an extremely successful and diverse career, on stage and screen, but Broadway has been missing him since he wrapped up in Catch Me If You Can in 2011. Now, Tveit is making his return to the Great White Way in Moulin Rouge! Take a look back on Aaron's career, and see what he's been up to since we last saw him on a Broadway stage!
