The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) will begin previews for the New York premiere of MISS YOU LIKE HELL on Tuesday, March 20. With book and lyrics by Quiara Alegria Hudes and music and lyrics by Erin McKeown, the new musical is directed by Public Theater Resident Director and Founder of Public Works Lear deBessonet, with choreography by Danny Mefford, part of The Public's Astor Anniversary Season at their landmark downtown home on Lafayette Street, celebrating 50 years of new work at 425 Lafayette Street and the 50th Anniversary of HAIR. The musical will run through Sunday, May 6, with an official press opening on Tuesday, April 10. Continuing The Public's mission to make great theater accessible to all, The Public's First Performance "Free for All" continues this spring; free tickets to the first preview on Tuesday, March 20 will be available beginning March 13, via TodayTix mobile lottery.

MULTISTAGES, in association with Dr. Judy Kuriansky and Jane Velez-Mitchell, is pleased to present a first look at  the award-winning musical, TEMPLE OF THE SOULS, co-written by poet Anita Velez-Mitchell, platinum-winning composers Dean Landon and Anika Paris,  and MultiStages Artistic Director Lorca Peress. Peress also helmed the production, with musical direction by Bruce Baumer, choreography by Enrique Brown, and visual design by Obie-winner Jan Hartley. Shara Ashley Zeiger's Roughly Speaking, a new play with rap based on over 200 interviews with New York City's homeless, has announced the initial slate of participants for its after-show talkbacks. A line-up which includes experts on the homeless, a member of the New York State Assembly, TED Talk Presenters, artists and members of the Roughly Speaking cast and creative team. Scheduled to take place after every Wednesday and Sunday performance, the first such discussion will be held on Wednesday, November 2.
