The White Plains Performing Arts Center (WPPAC) is proud to announce its upcoming Mainstage production of SIDE SHOW, playing April 22 – May 8. From the composer of Dreamgirls comes a remarkable, true story of famed entertainers and twins, Violet and Daisy Hilton, who became famous during the 1930’s. SIDE SHOW is a moving portrait of two women whose bond brings them the spectacle of fame, but denies them true love and acceptance.

Performances will begin Tuesday February 22nd for Keen Company's World Premiere of the new comedy This Space Between Us by Peter Gil-Sheridan (The Rafa Play), directed by Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein. 

The one woman play, written by Caleen Sinette Jennings, will star Felicia Curry as protagonist, Jacqueline Marie Butler. Curry originated the role in the third installment of the trilogy, Queens Girl: Black in the Green Mountains, at the Everyman Theatre in Baltimore, MD. Queens Girl in the World marks Abingdon's return to the main stage.

Today Keen Company Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein announced the cast for the World Premiere of the new comedy This Space Between Us by Peter Gil-Sheridan (The Rafa Play), directed by Keen Artistic Director Silverstein. 

The Kitchen Theatre Company will continue its 2021-2022 season with Tanya Saracho's Fade, a charming and poignant dramedy that explores exactly how far we will go to climb to the top of the ladder.

Everyman Theatre is gearing up for one of the most produced plays from the American canon, and the third offering in its LIVE 31st season, Thornton Wilder's romp through the ages, THE SKIN OF OUR TEETH. The production at Everyman Theatre is directed by Associate Artistic Director Noah Himmelstein and runs from December 7, 2021 through January 2, 2022.

Live theatre returns to Greater Boston Stage Company! The raucous The 39 Steps kicks off the 2021-2022 mainstage season on September 23rd as GBSC presents this fast-paced whodunit for anyone who loves the magic of theatre. This two-time Tony (R) and Drama Desk Award-winning treat is packed with laughs, a slew of characters, a plane crash, handcuffs, missing fingers, and some good old-fashioned romance.

Last night, Sunday, October 13, Tawni O'Dell's new play, When It Happens to You, opened off-Broadway at The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture.

When It Happens to You, a new play by New York Times best-selling writer Tawni O'Dell (Back Roads, Angels Burning), is now playing at off-Broadway at The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture (18 Bleecker Street at the corner of Elizabeth Street, NYC) through November 10. The official opening is Sunday, October 13 at 7:30PM.

Magic Window Productions will present the Off-Broadway Premiere of RANDOM ACTS, a drama written and performed by Obie Award winner Renata Hinrichs (A Simple Heart, Debbie Does Dallas, Einstein's Dreams). Directed by Jessi D. Hill, previews begin February 14 at TBG Mainstage Theatre. Opening is set for Wednesday, February 20.
