The full cast has been announced for BONNIE & CLYDE THE MUSICAL at The Garrick Theatre reuniting stars Frances Mayli McCann and Jordan Luke Gage as the titular pair alongside the Olivier Award winning Georgie Maguire reprising his role as 'Buck Barrow' and West End star Jodie Steele as Blanche Barrow, with Olivier Award nominated Cleve September returning as 'Ted' and Dom Hartley-Harris as Preacher.

Bonnie & Clyde's producer Dan Looney has announced future plans for a cast recording and a UK tour.

Bonnie & Clyde tells the story of real-life fugitives, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow. Their craving for fame and thrills leads them into a life of crime and a life on the run. Images have been released following last night’s press night of Bonnie and Clyde the musical, attended by the show’s writing team Frank Wildhorn, Don Black and Ivan Menchell alongside Noma Dumezweni, Amelia Lily, Kevin Clifton, AJ Pritchard, Abbie Quinnen, Samantha Barks, Christopher Chung and Rachael Wooding.

George Maguire is known for his Olivier-Award portrayal of Dave Davies in Sunny Afternoon. Fresh from being part of The Wicker Husband cast, he is currently playing Buck Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde at the Arts Theatre. We spoke with Maguire about the show.

BONNIE AND CLYDE THE MUSICAL began performances at The Arts Theatre this week, starring Frances Mayli McCann as ‘Bonnie Parker’, Jordan Luke Gage as ‘Clyde Barrow’, Natalie McQueen as ‘Blanche Barrow’ and George Maguire as ‘Buck Barrow’.

Bonnie & Clyde will soon raise a little hell in London. Frances Mayli McCann and Jordan Luke Gage will star as the titular Bonnie and Clyde in the West End premiere of the cult-sensation BONNIE AND CLYDE THE MUSICAL, opening at the Arts Theatre from Saturday 9 April 2022. 

Claybourne Elder appeared on Pix11 this morning to discuss starring in Company on Broadway and how he is paying it forward by giving audience members the opporunity to win free tickets to performances after a stranger gave him the money to see Patti LuPone in Sweeney Todd. Elder also discusses his role on HBO Max's new series, The Gilded Age.

Claybourne Elder, who is currently starring in Company on Broadway, took to Instagram to share a story of kind-heartedness he experienced in a Broadway theatre when he was a member of the audience.

Claybourne Elder and the rest of the cast of COMPANY were all set to open the third revival production of the show on Broadway when COVID-19 hit and closed down NYC life as we knew it. Claybourne was set to appear in COMPANY, his fourth Broadway show, as the flight attendant, Andy, who you might know better as April in the original version.

Bonnie & Clyde, the musical about the life of Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, is playing until October 13th at St. Dunstan's Theatre Guild of Cranbrook. The show is about the infamous Bonnie and Clyde of the Barrow Gang that robbed banks and committed murders around Depression-era Texas. I'll let the real Bonnie Parker's words kick off my review:

St. Dunstan's Theatre opens their season with the Tony-Nominated new musical, Bonnie & Clyde. In Depression-era Texas, a young waitress and aspiring actress, Bonnie Parker, falls in love with Clyde Barrow, a car-loving small-time crook who just wants to crawl out from under the crushing poverty he's known his whole life.

This Frank Wildhorn crime romp is a quirky production of an imperfect show, but buoyed by solid, charismatic and untraditional performances from the central duo.

The students of Colony High School in Dallas, Texas have quite the exciting legacy with their production of Bonnie & Clyde. All their sets, costumes and props, which includes three cars, come from the original Broadway production which starred Laura Osnes and Jeremy Jordan.

This musical is the perfect choice for Wichita, as most of the action takes place on familiar territory, from West Texas to Missouri, from Arkansas to Kansas, at the height of the Great Depression. Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow went from two small-town nobodies to America's most renowned folk heroes and Texas law enforcement's worst nightmares.
