Hennepin Theatre Trust announced that Come From Away has been postponed in Minneapolis until next year, Tuesday, Sept. 14 to Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021. The Broadway hit was originally scheduled to appear Aug. 11-23, 2020 as part of this year's Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin season at the historic Orpheum Theatre but has been rescheduled.

Hennepin Theatre Trust announced that Disney's Frozen will still play in Minneapolis a?" but not until next year. The new dates for Frozen will be Thursday, Oct. 7 to Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021.

In partnership with Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB), ArtsBridge Foundation this week announced that the special production 'Shuler Awards 2020' will air statewide on all GPB television stations on May 14 at 8 p.m.

For the health and safety of the community, the engagement of DEAR EVAN HANSEN will not be able to proceed as planned. The Hippodrome Theatre and Broadway Across America are working with the producers to reschedule the upcoming performances of DEAR EVAN HANSEN, originally scheduled for May 5-17, 2020.

Dallas Summer Musicals (DSM) and Broadway Across America (BAA) have announced that Come From Away has been rescheduled and will return to the Music Hall at Fair Park January 5-17, 2021. The production, originally scheduled to run March 10-22, 2020, was postponed due to the continued spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

In a special online presentation, ArtsBridge Foundation today announced the nominees for the 12th Annual Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards, with winners to be unveiled in a follow-up online event to be scheduled and announced in May.

Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta has announced its 40th anniversary 2020-2021 season line-up, featuring the premiers of Disney's FROZEN, MEAN GIRLS, TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, AIN'T TOO PROUD a?" THE LIFE AND TIMES OF THE TEMPTATIONS, and TOOTSIE.

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center has unveiled the 2020-21 Season including an engaging Boldt Arts Alive! Series, an intimate Spotlight Series and a Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America a?" Fox Cities Series that includes three Wisconsin premieres and returning favorites in all-new tours.

Bergen County Players, one of America's longest-running little theater companies, is pleased to continue its 2019-2020 season with Christopher Durang's Tony Award-winning comedy Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, a loving homage to playwright Anton Chekhov's themes of heartbreak and hope. Dallas Summer Musicals (DSM) and Broadway Across America (BAA) have announced tickets to Disney's Frozen will go on sale Friday, March 6, 2020. From the producer of The Lion King and Aladdin, Frozen, the Tony®-nominated Best Musical, will play an exclusive four-week premiere engagement at the Music Hall at Fair Park beginning Wednesday, June 17, 2020, with performances playing through Sunday, July 12, 2020. Opening night is set for Thursday, June 18 at 7:30pm.

The Broadway Grand Rapids 2020-2021 season will include some of Broadway's biggest blockbusters including the the six-time Tony and Grammy Award winning hit new musical, DEAR EVAN HANSEN and the incredible true story of COME FROM AWAY. We were lucky enough to get to speak with Chris French who plays Jonathan Harris in THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG opening at Clowes Memorial Hall February 25th. He had plenty to say about what makes this show something special and why it's a fun departure from the musicals most patrons are used to from Broadway Across America.

Dr. Phillips Center today joined Florida Theatrical Association and Broadway Across America to announce the full lineup of the FAIRWINDS Broadway in Orlando season. The 20/21 season launches with Academy Awarda?"winner Aaron Sorkin's adaptation of Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prizea?"winning masterwork TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD and includes Tony- and Grammy Awarda?"winner HADESTOWN. The expanded season sees the Orlando premieres of TOOTSIE, THE BAND'S VISIT, THE PROM and THE CHER SHOW, along with audience favorite CATS. The previously announced season add-on HAMILTON will run for four weeks and season option WICKED will play the Dr. Phillips Center for three weeks.
