The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center has announced the 2021-22 Broadway Across America – Fox Cities Series lineup. The season will include Mean Girls, Hairspray and the Wisconsin premieres of Disney's Frozen, and 2019 Tony Award-winning Best Musical Hadestown.

Dallas Summer Musicals, in partnership with Broadway Across America, today announced the revised lineup of Broadway shows coming to Dallas in its next season, including the performance dates for the return engagement of HAMILTON, November 16 - December 5, 2021.

With hopeful news of COVID-19 vaccines, the touring Broadway industry is planning for a safe return to the theater later this year. Hennepin Theatre Trust has been collaborating with Broadway producers to relaunch shows and reroute touring schedules throughout North America.

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center has announced performances slated for the 2020-21 Season. Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Center will continue to deliver on its mission virtually through the end of 2020 and is focusing on opening its doors in early 2021 for an exciting lineup of performances.

The Save Our Stages Act just passed as part of the COVID-19 Relief Bill. The Save Our Stages Act will provide financial assistance to independent venues and promoters NIVA Member Arden Gild Hall / Arden Concert Gild, that have been crushed by the pandemic's shutdown.

T​he Save Our Stages Act, sponsored by Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) in the Senate, Rep. Peter Welch (D-VT) and Rep. Roger Williams (R-TX) in the House and championed by Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) with 230 bipartisan cosponsors in Congress just passed as part of the COVID-19 Relief Bill.

Independent Venue Week congratulates the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) on its monumental effort leading to the passage of the Save Our Stages Act. 

Broadway Grand Rapids announces new performance dates and plans to reopen in September of 2021. The five-show season originally scheduled in the 2020-2021 season will shift to the 2021-2022 season.  Broadway Grand Rapids also announces the return of HAMILTON for two weeks in February of 2022.

The Broadway League has named Lauren Reid, of The John Gore Organization, as its next Chair. Reid will replace Thomas Schumacher of Disney on Broadway.

Broadway Across America gave purchasers the option to donate the value of their unused tickets to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The John Gore Organization this week added to their customers' goodwill, bringing the total donation to Broadway Cares to an astounding $1 million.

ArtsEd has announced the appointment of David Ian to their Board of Trustees. Chief Executive of his eponymous production company, and the recipient of five Olivier awards and three Tony nominations, David is a world-renowned theatre producer with a highly successful career spanning over 30 years.

Today Keen Company Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein announced additional guests for Keen After Hours. New this season, Keen After Hours connects audiences with luminaries of the theatre world, every Monday night at 6:30pm on Keen Company's website and Facebook page.
