Broadway Sessions, the beloved long running musical theatre variety show returns to The Laurie Beechman Theatre this coming Thursday evening, March 17th

Broadway Sessions celebrated the superheroes of Broadway as they were joined by an incredible group of Swings, Understudies & Standbys. The stellar lineup included Holly Ann Butler (Come from Away, Diana), Mateo Lizcano (Dear Evan Hansen), Lindsay Roberts Greene (Phantom of the Opera), Yael 'Ya Ya' Reich (Hadestown), Noah Marlowe The Book Of Mormon) Kathy Voytko (The Music Man) and Rising Stars Reid Burton & Caroline Geringer.

The Franklin Performing Arts Company, Franklin's own professional theater company, will present The Drowsy Chaperone starring Ben Cameron and Emily Koch March 12-20 at THE BLACK BOX.   

The new Broadway talk show Live with Rye & Friends on Broadway hosted by talk show Host & Producer Rye Myers at BAR 9 (807 9th Ave) will welcome Broadway performer and singer/songwriter Daniel Quadrino on Thursday, March 10 at 7:30 as this week’s special guest.

Theatre lovers and Industry Professionals have a little more time to head down to the Underground to experience the Broadway Makers Marketplace as the producers announced today, in true Dreamgirls style; 'I'm Not Going' via their social media accounts.

Broadway Sessions, the beloved long running musical theatre variety show, returns to The Laurie Beechman Theatre this coming Thursday evening, March 3rd. This Thursday, Broadway favorite Ellyn Marie Marsh (Kinky Boots, Priscilla, The Rose Tattoo, Obsessed with Disappeared podcast ) takes the stage as the special guest host.

The new Broadway talk show Live with Rye & Friends on Broadway hosted by talk show Host & Producer Rye Myers at BAR 9 (807 9th Ave) welcomes Actor, Singer, and Fitness Coach  Mick Rafalski on Thursday, February 17 at 7:30. 

The spotlight will be turned on swings, standbys and understudies. Cast members from several shows will perform as well as share stories of their experiences swinging and understudying. Scheduled to perform are Holly Ann Butler (Come from Away, Diana), Mateo Lizcano (Dear Evan Hansen), Lindsay Roberts Greene (Phantom of the Opera), Josh Daniels (Little Shop of Horrors), Yael ‘Ya Ya’ Reich (Hadestown) and Kathy Voytko ( The Music Man). The evening will also feature performances by up and comers Reid Burton from Rochester, New York  and Caroline Geringer from St. Louis. 

Broadway Sessions celebrated its 6th Annual Black History Month Show on February 17, co-hosted by Ben Cameron & Imari Hardon, in celebration of Black excellence, impact, influence and legacy on Broadway and beyond.

The Green Room 42 has announced their February line-up for in-person performances. Additionally, The Green Room 42 is excited to launch 5/5/5 Tickets – in celebration of their 5th Anniversary, five $5 tickets will be available for every show from February 15, 2022, through February 14, 2023.

It was an incredible evening full of performances from Paige Davis, Hannah Cruz, Avionce Hoyles, Kennedy Caughell, Patrick Page, Nathan Lucrezio, Javier Ignacio, Bre Jackson, Joel B New, Imari Hardon, Jessica Hendy, and teen vocal dynamo JJ Jenkins.
