SF Sketchfest kicks off its 21st comedy festival with legend Eric Idle at the Castro Theatre on Thursday, January 18 followed by over 200 shows taking place through February 4 in venues across San Francisco.

SF Sketchfest has revealed the initial lineup for the 2024 Comedy Festival in San Francisco. Tickets go on sale on November 19.

Hulu has ordered Dan Levy and Ally Pankiw’s “Standing By” to series from 20th Television Animation. The series order is on the heels of several productions from 20th Television Animation for Hulu Originals including “Solar Opposites” (which was just picked up for a fifth season), “Futurama,” and “Koala Man,” which premieres Jan. 9.

The second installment of episodes will feature Ziwe’s signature sit-down interviews with guests including Michael Che, Julia Fox, Amber Riley, Blake Griffin, Joel Kim Booster, Bob The Drag Queen, DeRay Mckesson, Drew Barrymore and Wayne Brady.
