T.J. Wilkins, Shanice and More To Lead 44- THE MUSICAL at The Studebaker Theater

Gingold Theatrical Group just celebrated Opening Night for this rare revival of Shaw's beloved almost historical comedy Caesar & Cleopatra last night, September 24th at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues). This limited Off-Broadway engagement, now in previews, will continue through October 12th only.

Gingold Theatrical Group (David Staller, Artistic Director) held the 2018 Golden Shamrock Gala on Saturday, March 17 at 3 West Club (3 West 51st Street), and honored actress and activist Martha Plimpton and actor, producer, and long-time Executive Director of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Tom Viola. This year's gala was geared toward raising funds for GTG's full production of Shaw's masterpiece, Heartbreak House, which will run in New York's Theatre Row on 42nd Street from August 28 through September 29th.

Gingold Theatrical Group, under the leadership of David Staller, honored philanthropist Anita Jaffe and playwright/actor Charles Busch at its Annual Golden Shamrock Gala, earlier this week at Manhattan Penthouse (80 Fifth Ave at 14th Street). The GTG Golden Shamrock Award is given annually for artistic contribution to society. Past honorees include Terrence McNally, Judith Ivey, Brian Murray, and Robert Osborne. Jane Fonda to Receive USC's Robert Redford Award for Engaged Artists

The USC School of Dramatic Arts, considered one of the world's premier theatre schools, honors cultural icon Jane Fonda with the prestigious 'Robert Redford Award for Engaged Artists' at a gala fundraiser on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, 6:30 p.m., at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. The multi-Academy Award-winning actress/producer is being recognized for her public commitment to social responsibility, to increasing awareness of global issues and for inspiring and empowering young people, as well as for the exemplary quality, skill and innovation of her vast body of work on screen and stage. The award, created in 2009 is named for its first recipient, Robert Redford. Proceeds from the event provide scholarship support for the next generation of artists at the School.
