Recently in Peter Pan Live! as a Mermaid and understudying Tiger Lily followed by making her Broadway debut in On The Town. Played Fernanda and understudying Maria in the 1st National tour of West Side Story. She has done several regional productions of West Side Story including productions internationally in Canada, Japan, and Paris. She was in Encores production of Most Happy Fella, Goodspeed's 50th anniversary production of Hello Dolly (ensemble, u/s Minnie Fay), Meadow Brook Theater's production of Lysistrata Jones (Cleonice), and has been in 16 Pittsburgh CLO productions.

Jacobs originated the role in the Australian production in 2016 and is the sister of original Broadway star Adam Jacobs, currently leading the North American tour in the title role.
