BIO
Zaq Latino is an actor, musician, and composer currently based in New York City. Off-Broadway: Beauty and the Beast; A Midsummer Night's Dream; A Christmas Carol (The Players Theater). Off-Off-Broadway: A Foray in Innocence (Teatro LATEA, NYTF); Accident Park (Steve and Marie Sgouros Theatre); Wonder Closet (Pushkin Hall); Stoned to the Wall (The Chain Theater Mainstage). Regional: Holiday Inn (Walnut Street Theatre); the developmental workshops of Shelter (Philadelphia Plays and Players); The Who's Tommy (Theatre Horizon, Norristown). Zaq is the founder and executive director of validBodies arts project, a 501(c)3 performance production company committed to identity-conscious casting. The production, which opened on February 26th, runs now through April 10th on Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday performances are at 3pm at 7pm, and on Sundays at 11am and 2pm.
