Like Cinderella, KINKY BOOTS the musical playing at Moonlight through October 1st knows that a good pair of shoes can change your life. This high-energy and heartwarming musical brings plenty of laughs and may have you shopping for some new shoes by the end.

The Tony nominated musical hit DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS offers side slitting laughs to welcome back the iconic award winning theatre. The melodic music and clever lyrics are a gift by David Yazbek. The hysterical book is by Jeffrey Lane. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is based on the 1988 film of the same name.

There are certainly plenty of movie-to-stage adaptations that have appeared (and continue to pop up) on Broadway, but few can boast being one of the most jubilant and unabashedly open-minded as the gloriously glam 2012 hit KINKY BOOTS, the Tony Award-winning stage musical adaptation of Geoff Deane and Tim Firth's 2005 independent cult film inspired by actual true events. The critical and audience favorite---which features memorable music from Grammy-winning pop icon Cyndi Lauper and a book by Tony winner Harvey Fierstein---enjoyed a healthy run on Broadway and in several national tours that followed, spreading its genuinely heartwarming yet cheekily-delivered message of acceptance and empathy. Now back in Southern California for its flashy, beautifully remounted West Coast regional premiere for 3-D Theatricals, KINKY BOOTS---now continuing performances through March 1, 2020 at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts---is just as fun and fabulous as ever.

The production, which will be directed by Tony Award nominee John Tartaglia (Broadway's Avenue Q and Shrek The Musical) and choreographed by Linda Love Simmons (3-D Theatricals' Once The Musical) with musical direction and conducting by Benet Braun (La Mirada Theatre's Grumpy Old Men: The Musical). Kinky Boots will play February 14-March 1 at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (18000 Park Plaza Drive, Cerritos, CA).

Producers of Black Hole Wedding,which will make its off Broadway debut as part of the 2019 New York Musical Festival's Next Link Project, announced today that all proceeds from the sale of tickets for the engagement will be donated to renewable energy nonprofit organizations350.org and GRID Alternatives. In addition, a group of anonymous angel donors has agreed to match all funds raised by the production.

After playing an acclaimed run as part of the Planet Connections Festival in 2015 and taking home awards for Outstanding Music & Lyrics and Outstanding Leading Actress, as well as nominations for Outstanding Book of a Musical, Direction and Production, Black Hole Wedding will make its off Broadway debut as part of the 2019 New York Musical Festival's Next Link Project.

Join members of the Broadway community for an inspiring evening of heart-centered music and musings honoring the fearless Maggie Hollinbeck (ONCE TOUR). Ticket proceeds will go directly to Ms. Hollinbeck, a two-time breast cancer survivor, to offset her recent medical costs and assist on her valiant road to recovery.
