Cast Set For THE DINOSAURS at Playwrights Horizons

Casting has been announced for The Dinosaurs at Playwrights Horizons. The production was written by Jacob Perkins and directed by Les Waters. Performances will run February 4 - March 1, 2026 at the The Judith O. Rubin Theater.

The Mar Vista: In Search of My Mother's Love Life opens tonight, Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the Ford Foundation Studio Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 W 42nd St). The Mar Vista is a comical and heartbreaking new play created by award-winning Brooklyn-based playwright/choreographer Yehuda Hyman. At the center of the story is the bond between Hyman and his mother, Sara, a strong-willed, very funny, and deeply romantic Russian-Jewish woman with a colorful and mysterious past.

The 2019 NY Indie Theatre Film Festival opens tonight, February 8 at 7pm, with the NY festival premiere of Poor Behavior (2016), written by Theresa Rebeck. Based on her play of the same name, Ms. Rebeck (upcoming spy thriller 355, Broadway's Bernhardt/Hamlet, NBC's 'Smash') makes her film directorial debut with this dark, dysfunctional comedy. Rebeck will participate in a talkback after the screening, moderated by Marc Stuart Weitz, New Ohio Theatre's Producing Director.
