Academy Award and Emmy Award winner Steven Soderbergh has announced casting for the World Premiere of The Fears, a new play by Emma Sheanshang (Every Girl Gets Her Man, Greetings from Tim Buckley), and directed by Dan Algrant (“Sex and the City,” People I Know).
Set in 1997, Radio Golf is the final play of August Wilson’s American Century Cycle, a series of ten plays documenting the African American experience throughout the twentieth century. The production marks Two River Theater's sixth play from the Cycle and will run now through November 21, 2021 in Two River’s Rechnitz Theater.
Audiences will now have a second chance to see Two River Theater's critically acclaimed production of August Wilson's Radio Golf directed by Obie Award winner Brandon J. Dirden.

Two River Theater (TRT) is presenting a play that has been highly anticipated in their current season, August Wilson's, 'Radio Golf.' With the superb direction of Brandon J. Dirden, and a cast that is perfect in their roles, it is a must-see show. We attended the opening night performance when the enthusiastic audience gave it a rousing standing ovation.
This season, Two River continues its commitment to produce all 10 plays of August Wilson's American Century Cycle with Radio Golf, directed by Brandon J. Dirden. This is the sixth play in the Cycle produced at the theater. Performances will run in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, through Sunday, March 22. The opening night performance is Friday, March 6 at 7pm. Tickets are available from 732.345.1400 or tworivertheater.org.
