As the current Producing Artistic Director of North Carolina Theatre, Eric oversees the artistic endeavors of the theatre’s six yearly productions, as well as its youth conservatory training program. Eric was a Resident Director of the Broadway, Las Vegas and Touring companies of Mamma Mia!

Eric was a Resident Director of the Broadway, Las Vegas and Touring companies of Mamma Mia!, and directs reginal productions across the country. Additionally, Eric was a Casting Director with Tara Rubin Casting for sixteen years.
