The longest running play in NYC history, PERFECT CRIME will celebrate its 36th Anniversary on Monday, April 18th in the Anne Bernstein Theater at The Theater Center Theater Center.

Tor Hillhouse has joined the cast of Off-Broadway's PERFECT CRIME, by stepping into the role of Detective James Asher, stepping in for Michael Halling through February 19th.

Hot off her stint at this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival as the hostess with the mostest alongside the cast of Briefs in Sweatshop, Tash York returns to the Melbourne Fringe Festival with her latest award winning show Happy Hour. After wowing audiences across the Adelaide Fringe Festival while performing at the Melba Spiegeltent in Gluttony earlier this year, 'The Trash Queen of Cabaret '' is set to bring powerful vocals, a kitsch of camp and lotssss of booze. 

This past Wednesday, June 1st, a great friend left us. David Butler, playwright, actor, minister, and extraordinary human, passed away. To know David was to be in the company of abundance - of laughter, intellect, wit, warmth, and love. And Mad Horse had the tremendous fortune to share in that abundance over the years.

Perfect Crime, the longest running play in NYC history, will celebrate its 35th anniversary off-Broadway on Monday, April 18th in the Anne Bernstein Theater at The Theater Center.

Performances of Off-Broadway's PERFECT CRIME and THE OFFICE: A MUSICAL PARODY have come to an immediate halt due to a real-life perfect crime: theft of the theater's copper pipes, which supply water and heat to the entire Theater Center (located at 210 West 50th Street) in which both shows perform.

Brooklyn Runaways has announced dates for Heroine: A Cabaret with Courtney Glass. Glass, who recently starred in Sweeney Todd with Anthony Warlow and the sold out run of Sunday in the Park with George, will present two performances of her debut cabaret October 2-3, 2019 at Alex Theatre in St. Kilda.

Executive-Producer Armand Hyatt today announced that two Emmy-nominated and beloved soap stars are joining the cast of Off-Broadway's longest running play, PERFECT CRIME this month, celebrating the record-breaking murder mystery as it enters its historic 33rd year of performances. Both Robert Newman and Grant Aleksander of GUIDING LIGHT fame will be taking on the role of Detective James Ascher in the classic whodunit that continues its run in the Anne L. Bernstein Theater at The Theater Center. Mr. Newman will perform in the role now through May 8th and May 24th - June 16th and Mr. Aleksander will perform in the role May 10th - May 22nd and June 17th - June 30th.
