BIO
Dan Watt is the producer & director of the documentary EVERYBODY DANCE currently on iTunes, AppleTV, Google Play and Amazon Prime. He has produced Gala Fundraisers with Bea Arthur, Chita Rivera, Dixie Carter, Carol Channing and Melissa Manchester. Dan produced Tony Nominee, Anika Larsen’s debut cd “SING ME TO SLEEP” and songs with Ben Vereen. He is currently in production on an “untitled” documentary with Tony and Pulitzer Prizer wining producer Daryl Roth.

Winners for the 2023 Chita Rivera Awards were announced this evening. In keeping with the mission of the Chita Rivera Awards, nominators considered outstanding choreography, featured dancers, and ensembles in shows on Broadway and Off Broadway, as well as outstanding choreography in film that opened during the 2022-2023 season.

The Art Attack Foundation will be offering the “Graciela Danielle Dance Scholarship” effective February 2022. The scholarship fund has been named for Tony Award winning Choreographer and Dancer, Graciela Daniele. The scholarship will be open to dancers of all disciplines (14 to 20 years of age) and is being embraced by the dance community with LA Dance Magic and the Broadway Dance Center both contributing initial donations to the scholarship fund.
