Handel And Haydn Society To Close 2018-19 Season With Performance Of Mozart's Requiem

The Handel and Haydn Society will close the 2018-19 season with a performance of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Requiem. Widely acknowledged as one of the most powerful and moving masterpieces ever composed, the performance will take place on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 5, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Symphony Hall in Boston.

Theatre Arlington is proud to present the compelling military courtroom drama, A Few Good Men by Aaron Sorkin. Before his 1992 movie received worldwide praise and recognition, Sorkin's play, which he wrote on cocktail napkins while bartending, opened at the Music Box Theatre in New York City in November 1989 and ran until January 1991. So strong was his dialogue and characters that the film rights were sold before his play even opened.

The band 311 will headline XL102's Big Field Day on May 18th, along with special guest K. Flay and a full day of music. Earth, Wind & Fire performs on July 31st. Wolfbane Productions will be presenting the highly anticipated musical-classic 'Cabaret' from April 11-May 4, 2019 starring Broadway's Ernie Pruneda and Ken Arpino. She is taken in by a loving family and cared for by brilliant and kind sisters, Frieda and Claudia. The character-driven play, both poetic and daringly funny, illuminates the destructive powers of racism and class dynamics while exploring the power of community through exquisite storytelling. The Bluest Eye is produced in collaboration with Norfolk State University Theatre Company.
