Magenta Giraffe Theatre Company Presents Staged Reading of Grown Ups
As part of its mission "to reestablish and expand Detroit's theatre district," Magenta Giraffe Theatre Company is putting up a staged reading of playwright-in-residence Sean Paraventi's new play Grown Ups. The reading will take place, not at the company's regular home, but at the Abreact Performance Space (1301 W. Lafayette, #113, Detroit, MI 48226), on Thursday, December 13, at 7:30 p.m. Admission is by donation.
In Grown Ups, a man must come to terms with his own life when faced with a life-changing decision of his son's. Relationships are explored and tough choices are made by a family determined to make the right decisions in a difficult situation.
The reading will feature actors , Lance Alan , Barton Bund, Alex D. Hill, Erica Hoveland and Katie Terpstra.
