(09/21/2017) - First Lady Chirlane McCray and Gabrielle Fialkoff, Senior Advisor and Director of the Mayor's Office of Strategic Partnerships, announced today a partnership between the Gracie Mansion Conservancy and MCC Theater during its 2017/18 season to increase access to arts and culture to at-risk youth. Gracie Mansion hosted the launch event on Wednesday, September 20th, featuring a performance of selected scenes from the Off-Broadway production of Charm, followed by a youth-focused panel discussion. (09/16/2017) - The Henri Bendel Fifth Avenue flagship hosted a NYFW benefit event for NoBully.org to raise funds and awareness for anti-bullying efforts and BroadwayWorld was there! The event was organized by Carrie Berk (NYMF 2017 Award for Outstanding Individual Performance) and the all-kid cast of the New York Musical Festival's Peace, Love and Cupcakes: The Musical. The show joined forces with No Bully this summer and was awarded a special NYMF citation for turning a musical into a full-fledged social inclusivity movement.

There was a hurricane in Florida but everything was Sunny inside the Carlyle last night and Broadwayworld was there.
