Treasure Island Hotel & Casino Restaurants Announces Holiday Dining

Eat like the kids on the nice list at Treasure Island December 24-25 with holiday favorites from The Coffee Shop, Gilley's Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que, The Buffet and Phil's Italian Steak House.

The Coffee Shop
- Cranberry and Pecan Salad with Feta Cheese and Raspberry Vinaigrette or Crab and Wild Mushroom Bisque.
- Roast Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus with Creamy Horseradish choice of Baked Potato or Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Zucchini and Yellow Squash.
- Individual Bourbon Pecan Pie.

The three-course menu for $45 per person will be available from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Gilley's Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que
- Grilled Bread Salad or Roasted Purple and White Cauliflower and White Cheddar Cheese Soup.
- Bourbon and Agave Glazed Roasted Turkey or Whiskey and Honey Glazed Ham. All served with Andouille Sausage Brioche Stuffing, Yukon Gold Garlic Whipped Potatoes and sautéed baby vegetables.
- Maple Bourbon Flourless cake with house made maple marshmallow Bourbon anglaise.

The menu will be available for $40 per person from 11 a.m. to midnight.

Phil's Italian Steak House
- Lobster Bisque or French onion soup.
- Diestel Farms free-range organic roast turkey breast with homemade gravy, honey roast Smithfield ham or grilled salmon with mustard cream sauce. All served with sweet potato pie, green bean casserole, cornbread stuffing, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and fresh cranberry sauce.
- Warm, flourless dark chocolate ginger cake with spiced pumpkin crème anglaise sauce.

The menu will be available for $50 per person from 5 to 10 p.m.

The Buffet at Treasure Island
Holiday Brunch:
- Crab Cake Eggs Benedict
- Quiche Florentine with Tomato Jam
- Roast Apple-Cranberry Pork Loin
- Wood Smoked Ham
- Peel and Eat Shrimp
- Seasonal Fruits and Cheeses
- Smoked Apple and Walnut Salad

Holiday Dinner:
- Slow Roasted Prime Rib
- Braised Leg of Lamb
- Spiced Winter Vegetables and Fennel
- Lasagna Florentine
- Smoked Cornish Hen with Port Glaze
- Wild Rice Cranberry Pilaf
- Candied Salmon with Dried Cherries and Baby Kale
- Roasted Chinese Duck Leg
- Crab and Wild Mushroom Bisque
- Peel and Eat Shrimp
- Chilled Crab Leg

Holiday Dessert:
- Deep Dish Pumpkin Pie
- Pecan Pie
- Apple Bread Pudding
- Dark Chocolate Cranberry Mousse Cake

Pricing is as follows:
Christmas Eve - Weekend Brunch, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.: $26.95; Seafood/Weekend Dinner, 3 to 10 p.m.: $31.95
Christmas Day - Holiday Brunch, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.: $26.95; Holiday Dinner, 3 to 10 p.m.: $31.95
