S.Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water has launched its 2018 Enhance Your Moments campaign and unveiled the newest edition of its signature Taste Guide platform, developed in partnership with premier culinary magazine, Bon Appetit. Encouraging consumers to create their own tasteful moments with S.Pellegrino, exclusive Taste Guide content features acclaimed chefs Daniela Soto-Innes of New York's ATLA and Cosme, and Sarah Hymanson and Sara Kramer of Los Angeles-based Kismet. A visit to the platform offers insight into some of the most delicious culinary experiences, including Chefs Hymanson and Kramer's inside look at LA's Grand Central Market and Chef Soto-Innes' food enthusiasts favorite local ingredients.

To celebrate the launch of Taste Guide 2018, S.Pellegrino enhanced one of the most iconic NYC moments - Manhattanhenge - providing guests with the best view in the city. Perched atop Tudor City Bridge, a beautiful custom-designed viewing lounge set the stage for the S.Pellegrino Sunset Soiree. The unrivaled view and a delectable menu prepared by partner Chefs Soto-Innes, Hymanson and Kramer paired beautifully alongside S.Pellegrino natural mineral water, which debuted in a new sleek 330mL can format.

In addition to the Sunset Soiree lounge, S.Pellegrino hosted smaller soirees at prime Manhattanhenge viewing locations on 23 rd St. & Park Ave and 14 th St. & 4 th Ave.

About Daniela Soto-Innes
Originally from Mexico City, Daniela Soto-Innes is the chef/partner of Cosme and ATLA in New York City. In 2014, she opened Cosme as Chef de Cuisine and soon after was named the James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year 2016. In 2017, she was included in Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30: Food & Drink list and in 2018 Cosme made the 25 th ranking on the prestigious World's 50 Best Restaurants list.

Prior to joining Cosme, Daniela graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas and held positions at Brennan's and Underbelly in Houston. She believes that the simplest food can inspire the most imagination and makes her dishes meaningful by "finding the secret life in each ingredient."

About Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson
Sara Kramer, NY native, former Broadway performer, aspiring gardener and big fan of all dairy everywhere, began her professional cooking career at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Later, she worked with and alongside the inspired community at Diner, Marlow and Sons, Roman's and Reynard in Brooklyn. Before relocating to Los Angeles, she was the opening chef of Glasserie in 2013.

Sarah Hymanson is a Chicago native and an Oberlin College graduate. In NY, Sarah worked at applewood, and both Blue Hill in NYC and the famed Blue Hill at Stone Barns. After opening the NY outpost of Mission Chinese with Danny Bowien, she joined Sara Kramer at Glasserie. Sarah loves all funky and fermented foods, documentaries, sunscreen and capybaras.

In 2015, Sara and Sarah opened Madcapra, a produce-driven falafel shop in the Grand Central Market, and even more recently, the duo opened Kismet, which was nominated for a 2018 James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant. Sarah and Sara were also named Best New Chefs in 2017 by Food & Wine Magazine. The two strongly believe that creating an empathetic, equitable and inclusive culture in the workplace comes first.
