WAM Theatre's HOLY LAUGHTER Opens 11/1

 Previews for WAM Theatre's mainstage production of Holy Laughter by Catherine Trieshmann start on Thursday, October 29 and run through Saturday, October 31 at 7:30 pm at the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center at 36 Linden Street in Pittsfield. Tickets for preview performances are just $18. This developmental workshop production officially opens at the 2 pm performance on Sunday, November 1, and continues performances Fridays at 7:30 pm, Saturdays at 2 & 7:30 pm, and Sundays at 2 pm through November 22. The production is recommended for ages 13 and up.

Closing their 2015 theater season, Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (WHAT) presents Thrill Me: The Leopold and Loeb Story, with book, music and lyrics by Stephen Doginoff. Thrill Me is a musical theatrical event that recounts the chilling, true story of the legendary duo who committed one of the most infamous and heinous crimes of the twentieth century. Focusing on their obsessive relationship and utilizing Leopold's 1958 parole hearing as a framework, Thrill Me reveals the series of events in 1924 Chicago that led about-to-be law students Leopold and Loeb to be forever remembered as 'the thrill killers.' Thrill Me runs tonight, October 24 through November 8 at WHAT.

FPAC's THE ADDAMS FAMILY Opens This Weekend

Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) presents the hit musical comedy, The Addams Family, on October 24 at 7:30 p.m., October 25 at 2:00 p.m., and October 30 at 7:30 p.m., with two shows on October 31 at 2:00 and 8:30. Celebrate a bewitching holiday with a performance before or after Trick or Treating on Halloween; audiences are invited to come dressed in costume, and prizes will be awarded.
